Origin: New Jersey (USA) Blossom, pollination: Self-sterile, for fertilization planted together with other cultivars, blossoms early to mid season Cropping: Medium yields Maturity: Mid-early (July) Fruit characteristics: Medium to large sized, flattened oblong shape, orange background colour, often with red blush, juicy and firm flesh, sweet, early variety with high eating quality Tree habit: Vigorous growth Susceptibilities: Sharka-resistant (Plum pox virus, PPV), little susceptible to Monilia, quite resistant to cold and pathogens Genetic characterisation: To elucidate the genetic relationship among apricot cultivars, a dendrogram generated from the UPGMA cluster analysis was produced (Dendrogram).
