Origin: USA

Blossom, pollination: Less intensive blossoming than Pinkcot

Cropping: In years without frosts at florescence bigger fruit than Pinkcot and high yields

Maturity: early fruiting, soon after Tyrinthos

Fruit characteristics: Very much like Orangered and Pinkcot, bright orange colour with red cheeks, 20% larger than Orangered,
less sugar but more pleasant acidity than Orangered

Tree habit: Broader and weaker than Pinkcot

Susceptibilities: good handling capability

Genetic characterisation:
To elucidate the genetic relationship among apricot cultivars, a dendrogram generated from the UPGMA cluster analysis  was produced (Dendrogram).
