Origin: Selected from an unknown variety in Germany in 1999, belongs to European-North African group Blossom, pollination: Self-fertile, blooms early-mid season Maturity: Medium (late July to early August) Fruit characteristics: Medium sized, round shape, light orange colour with strong red on the sunny side, light orange and firm flesh, sweet to acidic taste Tree habit: Medium vigour Susceptibilities: Resistant to Sharka (Plum pox virus, PPV) Genetic characterisation: To elucidate the genetic relationship among apricot cultivars, a dendrogram generated from the UPGMA cluster analysis was produced (Dendrogram).
