Origin: Central Asia, found by Kostina in 1930

Blossom, pollination: Self-sterile

Cropping: High productivity

Maturity: Very late (late September)

Fruit characteristics: Small-medium sized, flattened round shape, yellow colour without red blush,
orange-yellow and firm flesh, aromatic taste, sweet kernel, high sugar content

Tree habit: High vigour

Genetic characterisation:
To elucidate the genetic relationship among apricot cultivars, a dendrogram generated from the UPGMA cluster analysis  was produced (Dendrogram).
