Tomato Ringspot Virus
(ToRSV)

In spite of its name, ToRSV is known to be the causal agent of various diseases on many plant species, including apple union necrosis and decline, peach yellow bud mosaic, prunus stem pitting, winters disease and cherry leaf mottles.

On peach trees the reaction to infection is rarely immediate. Rosettes develop on the regrowth 4 to 5 months after indexing. Cherry plants, with a characteristic bonsai appearance, are weak, but not dwarfed.
